Dato' Tan Hock San @ Tan Hock Ming - GROUP CHAIRMAN
Dato' Tan is the Chairman of the Board of FSBM Holdings Berhad where he also holds the post of President of the group. Dato' Tan is the founder of FSBM. He graduated with a Bachelor in Computer Science (Hons) from the University of London in 1973. Prior to starting FSBM, he served in IBM World Trade Corporation, Exxon Production Malaysia Incorporated, HRM Sdn Bhd and Business Computers Sdn Bhd.

Mark Ian Timms - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
A British citizen and UK graduate in Engineering, Mark has resided in Malaysia for over 12 years and is familliar with the evolution of Malaysian and regional telecommunication and information technology products and services. Mark was the founder of TeleVAS and has led the company from a team of 3 people which provided consultancy services back in 2000 to become a fully fledged software development centre with a full R&D and Solutions Centre and Support & Maintenance Centre providing 24 x 7 support to various "live" telecommunication systems in Malaysia.

Prior to the formation of TeleVAS, Mark was responsible for many major telecommunication and IT projects including Malaysia's first mobile voice modulation, background music and sound FX system deployed on DiGi's GSM network as well as the TM 1Number project providing virtual numbering using IP signaling over a fixed line network where he served as Project Director for the deployment.

Currently, Mark is responsible for the overall management of the TeleVAS Group of Companies as well as local and international business development.

William Chong Soo Myong - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
A Korean citizen holding a Masters Degree in Computer Science. Responsible for all technical affairs of the business, management of technical personnel and resources. He has more than 11 years IT experiences including 4 years in Malaysia.
William is also the former team leader and project manager of Korea's largest e-commerce company responsible for developing new products, implementation of quality projects on time and within budget.

Lawrence Chin - DIRECTOR
Lawrence Chin resides on the board of TeleVAS Holdings Sdn Bhd and is the Senior Executive Vice President of FSBM. He has been with FSBM since its inception in 1984 and is a pioneer staff. Prior to joining FSBM, Lawrence started his career in the IT industry with Business Computers Sdn Bhd as a Systems Engineer for more than one year. He later moved to Public Bank Berhad as an Analyst/Programmer and was there for nearly one year before joining FSBM.
In his current position, Lawrence Chin is responsible for the sales and marketing activities. He helps identify new market opportunities and positions the Company's resources to tap these markets. With his all round skills in systems, technology and sales, he ensures that the company always delivers what it sells.

Tan Ee Ern - DIRECTOR
Mr Tan Ee Ern was appointed as an Executive Director of FSBM on 27 April 2007 and joined the board of TeleVAS Holdings Sdn Bhd on 27th November 2008. He graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a BSc (Honors) in Economics in 2002 and an MSc in Management Information System in 2003.
He worked in the Finance Department of Fujitsu Services Ltd. United Kingdom for 2 years. After returning from United Kingdom, he serves as Special Assistant to the President and is a member of the Management Committee.

Ow Eng Haw - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ow Eng Haw is the Chief Financial Officer of TeleVAS Holdings Sdn Bhd and Group Financial Controller of FSBM. He is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

He began his career through articleship with Coopers & Lybrand and served a further post qualifying to round out his service in the professional field of 10 years. Subsequently, he joined the Financial Industry through a joint-venture company between Malaysia Aica Berhad and Tokai Bank of Japan as a General Manager. After a tenure of 9 years, Ow returned to the consultancy field as a partner in a local accounting partnership known as HALS & Associates.

He also subsequently served as the Group Financial Controller of Isuta Holdings Berhad, a company listed on the Second Board of KLSE and was instrumental in leading the restructuring and exit for the troubled group through a Reverse Take-over. He has also served as a Country Manager for Electroscon Sdn Bhd in Vietnam for a period of 18 months in the delivery of telecommunication projects. He followed this with a 2-year contract with ELKEN as its Head of Overseas Operations and led in the setting-up of operations in India and in the management of operations in Indonesia and Thailand.
