  Outsourcing Services

Information Technology - Many organisations today are making the decision to outsource. In today's global marketplace outsourcing has made itself accessible to many organisations on a national and international level. TeleVAS customers recognise and enjoy the benefits of our outsourcing services. Through our tried and tested methodology and approach to outsourcing we assure customers the following benefits.
Allow them to concentrate on THEIR core business, not on ICT.
Reduce their infrastructure capital costs.
Increase employee statisfaction and understanding through clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
Higher service level achievement/uptime.
Enhanced and improved QA/QC.
Our outsourcing services encompass infrastructure, voice, data, internet, mobile and static secure environments managed within the ICT budget provision.

  Telecommunication Managed Services

TeleVAS has been entrusted by many of our clients with day-to-day related management responsibility as a strategic method for improved effective and efficient operations.
Typically, for managed services contracts, the client still remains accountable for the functionality and performance of the service and does not relinquish the overall management responsibility of the system. This approach relieves the client of the burden of providing the service but commercially the client remains in full control.

  Hosting Services

  Telecommunication and Information Technology(ASP)
As an application service provider(ASP), TeleVAS provides computer-based services to customers over a network. The need for ASPs has evolved from the increasing costs of specialised software that have far exceeded the price range of small to medium sized businesses. As well, the growing complexities of software have led to huge costs in distributing the software to end-users. Through our ASP model the complexities and costs of such software are drastically reduced. In addition, the issues of upgrading have been eliminated from the end-user by placing the onus on the ASP to maintain up-to-date services, 24 X 7 technical support, physical and electronic security and in-built support for business continuity and flexible working.
The importance of this marketplace is reflected by its size. As of early 2003, estimates of the United States market range from 1.5 to 4 billion dollars. Clients for ASP services include businesses, government organisations, non-profits, and membership organisations.
